Job description, responsibilities and duties

Drive continuous improvement of internal logistics processes to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate Finished Goods stock (safety stock, inventory levels, and storage locations).

  • Implement and maintain warehouse systems and processes to optimize efficiency.

  • Oversee internal logistics, ensuring smooth material flow and movement.

  • Develop, track, and analyze KPIs to measure logistics performance.

  • Collect and assess key logistics data to drive process improvements.

  • Manage transport networks, including supplier relations, conditions, procedures, and transport schemes for Eastern Europe and intercompany shipments.

  • University degree.

  • Experience in warehouse operations and stock inventory coordination.

  • Strong background in logistics process analysis and optimization.

  • Hands-on experience with transport company coordination and transport scheme planning.

  • Familiarity with reporting, including KPI tracking and ad hoc analysis.

  • Knowledge of lean methodologies such as 5S and Kaizen is a plus.
