Job description, responsibilities and duties
  • Project Leadership: Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of smart factory software projects.
  • People Leadership: Directly manage and lead a team of 3-4 individuals, ensuring effective collaboration, task delegation, and performance oversight.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee all project phases, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, engineering, and operations teams to seamlessly integrate solutions into manufacturing workflows.
  • Budget and Risk Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while mitigating potential risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain alignment among stakeholders and promote clear, effective communication across all teams.
  • Technology Implementation: Lead the adoption and optimization of innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Experience:

    • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex software projects, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.

  • Project Management Expertise:

    • Strong skills in project management, supported by certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or expertise in Agile methodologies.

  • Technical Knowledge:

    • In-depth understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and manufacturing processes.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing workflows and processes. 

  • Leadership & Communication:

    • Proven ability to lead teams effectively, communicate clearly, and solve complex problems.

  • Educational Background:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
